Tom is Brand Leader for Manpower UK, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Manpower business. 

Tom joined Manpower in 2007 as an Operations Manager and held several roles across ManpowerGroup including leading adoption of our transformation programme, before becoming Brand Leader in 2023 and a member of the UK Leadership Team in 2024.
