Gareth is Brand Leader of Talent Solutions UK, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Talent Solutions business.
Gareth joined ManpowerGroup in 2011 as Head of Marketing for Experis, before becoming Group Marketing Director in 2013. Gareth joined Talent Solutions as Operations Director for RPO in 2022, before becoming Brand Leader and a member of the UK Leadership Team in 2024.
Gareth has a wide range of experience in RPO recruitment, brand management, marketing, advertising and business development.
Prior to ManpowerGroup, Gareth was Head of Marketing for Adecco UK & Ireland from 2009 to 2011, before which he held senior marketing and advertising roles in organisations including Blue Skies and Hartley Stone. He attended the University of Surrey.
