Simon Crichton

Brand Leader, Experis UK

Simon is Brand Leader and Operations Director for Experis UK, Professional Resourcing – responsible for the IT recruitment arm of Experis UK. Simon joined Experis as Brand Leader and a member of the UK Leadership Team in 2023.

Prior to joining Experis, Simon was a Vice President of Adecco Group UK & Ireland, holding roles including Managing Director of Modis UK, and CEO of Akkodis UK from 2022. Prior to this, Simon took several leading IT recruitment roles in Badenoch & Clarke and Ajilon.

Simon is passionate about building high performing teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability, while delivering a broader social purpose and making an impact beyond pure commercial results.

Simon volunteers as an Under 13s cricket coach in his spare time, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Manchester.
