Toby is Transformation Director of ManpowerGroup UK, responsible for delivering our digital and business transformation programme across the Group.

Toby joined ManpowerGroup in 1995 as a Consultant, holding a series of roles across Manpower UK including Contract & Area Manager and Account Director, before becoming Strategic Client Director in 2007. Toby joined the ManpowerGroup UK Leadership Team in 2014, before becoming Transformation Director in 2020.

Toby is enthusiastic about business transformation and how technology can be used to enhance the professional experience of employees.

Toby was a National Brathay Apprenticeship Challenge Judge and led the ManpowerGroup engagement with Movement to Work, helping young people build skills and confidence to get into work.
