Leigh Passingham

Brand Leader, Brook Street

Leigh is Brand Leader for Brook Street, responsible for day-to-day management of the Brook Street business.

Leigh joined Brook Street in 1992 as a recruitment consultant, taking on various roles including Branch Manager and Regional Manager, before becoming Operations Director in 2007 and Brand Leader in 2020. Leigh joined the ManpowerGroup UK Board of Directors in 2023.

Leigh has a strong passion for building and leading high performance teams, and thrives on fostering a culture of excellence and innovation where individuals can flourish.

Leigh has been a Befriender with Age UK.
