Ben Kemp

Sales Director, ManpowerGroup UK

Ben is Sales Director for ManpowerGroup UK, responsible for driving sales and solutions across ManpowerGroup UK and coordinating each business in the Group’s sales teams.

Ben joined ManpowerGroup in 2002 as a Solutions Architect for Experis UK, before becoming Solutions Director in 2011 and later ManpowerGroup Sales Director in 2018, joining the ManpowerGroup UK Leadership Team in 2024.

Prior to ManpowerGroup, Ben held a number of Project Management and HR roles at organisations including Queen Mary, University of London, Merchants and Videotron.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations from the University of Reading, and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from Middlesex University.
